Fed. Circ. Slices Stay in Diamond Saw Blades Case

Law360, New York (November 06, 2009) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has vacated a temporary stay on a writ of mandamus ordering anti-dumping duties on diamond saw blades from China and Korea.
